Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Even though Ashley hasn't talked much about her parents she has acknowledged her grandfather for the genesis of her passion for working hard as he was a popular bodybuilder in the 20s and 30s of his life. Ashley has been physically active from the time she was a young girl she started taking swimming lessons when she was age four, and continued through the next 10 years. Though she competed in a variety of competitions however, she wasn't committed enough to follow a diet that would allow her body to function in its peak. There's a strong belief that Ashley was a popular high school student due to her stunning looks and curvy figure. It isn't certain if Ashley had a relationship during this period. Ashley completed her studies and determined that she wouldn't enroll in college. Instead, Ashley focused her energy to pursue a career as fitness model. Ashley was 15 when she realised how dissatisfied she was with her body. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the fitness center. She followed his advice to begin slowly. What she didn't know was that she'd spend the next nine years shaping her figure, and gradually becoming a fitness idol. Ashley's triumph inspired her to compete in at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and considered this to be an undeserved loss. It made Ashley push herself to be better. Ashley was back at the 2014 WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. After the competition was over, Ashley made the decision that she no longer wanted to participate. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time competing, but didn't want to combine her career, however now that she quit competing she decided to turn into an exercise model. When she was featured on the cover of a renowned fitness magazine, she was able to immediately begin her model career in fitness as soon after signing with a modeling agency. Since then, she's become a highly sought after model. She has appeared in many bikinis and clothes companies and has been published as the face of a popular fitness magazine.
