Shawnee Smith, born July 3, 1970, at a height of 5'3 inches, is a popular American musician and actor. Smith is best known for playing Amanda Young in Saw and Linda in CBS' sitcom Becker. Smith was a former frontwoman of Fydolla which was a rock group that toured America and Britain. Smith is now half of Smith & Pyle the country desert rock band along with Missi Pyle. Her parents were Jim Smith and Patricia Smith. Jim Smith was an former pilot in the US Air Force, a medical oncology and financial planner. At the age of one old, her family relocated to South Carolina and California to Van Nuys. Parents divorced at two years of age. At the age of eight, she had moved to Van Nuys. She attended Ranchito Avenue elementary school in Panorama City Los Angeles, as well as Madison Jr. High School in North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School and was graduated in 1988.
